Our Story
Unify Payroll exists because Colorado businesses deserve a payroll partner that actually gets it right. We're a local team handling payroll, HR, and Colorado compliance — FAMLI, COMPS, year-end W-2s, the whole stack — for small businesses across the state.
We saw the gap firsthand. Working alongside our sister firms Unify CPA and Unify Wealth Management, we spent years cleaning up payroll messes we didn't create — payroll data that didn't match the books, tax credits left on the table, retirement contributions out of sync with deductions, FAMLI filings done wrong or not at all.
These weren't edge cases. They were happening to nearly every small business that used a national payroll provider. The disconnect between payroll and the rest of a business's financial life was costing real money and real time.
So we built the payroll company we wished our clients already had — one that gets the numbers right, understands Colorado compliance, and works hand-in-hand with your accountant and financial advisor from day one.
