  • Payroll Debit Cards: An option for employees that don’t have a bank account, payroll debit cards enable payroll funds to be direct deposited onto a debit card that can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. Payroll debit cards result in substantial employee savings compared to the fees charged by check cashing services. There is no cost to the employer to offer payroll debit cards.
  • Paper Checks: If you prefer to offer paper checks to your employees, we make it simple for you to print the checks at your location. No more waiting for the delivery service to bring your payroll to you (and no more delivery fees either).
  • We print for you (additional fees apply): Lastly, for your added convenience, another option is for us to draft the checks on your account, print them, sign them electronically, and pressure seal them for confidentiality. This service includes next day delivery.
  • Employee Self Service (ESS): Regardless of how you choose to pay, Unify Payroll offers your employees electronic/self service access to their pay stubs. Combine ESS with direct deposit and/or debit cards for a completely paperless payroll solution.
